4K Renovations

Family-owned since 2016, 4K Renovations serves East Toronto, including East York, Leslieville, the Beaches and Scarborough Bluffs. It takes on full-home renovations, additions, basements, kitchens, bathrooms and backyard builds. Each project starts with pre-construction planning that sets scope, budget and timeline, with design services, permit drawings and an itemized scope of work before building begins. Clients begin with a no-obligation phone consultation and then receive a proposal. 2 Google reviewers give it an average of 5.0 out of 5, both at the top mark, with reviewers mentioning basement work.
