Kennedy + Kenel Ltd

Kennedy + Kenel builds luxury and net-zero custom homes in Burlington, Oakville, Ancaster and beyond, and has been in home construction for 20 years. Geoff Kennedy and Jason Kenel started it in 2005, one from luxury custom homes and the other from high-end renovations, and a client review describes the company renovating their home. The company designs and builds interior and exterior spaces, with a landscaping division, and each build gets a team with a construction director, project manager and budget manager. Homes carry a Tarion warranty plus an extended aftercare program at no additional cost. 16 Google reviewers give it an average of 5.0 out of 5, all of them at the top mark.
