Bildam Home Improvements - Custom Deck and Finished Basement Specialists

Custom decks and finished basements are the specialty at Bildam Home Improvements, a Durham Region company run by Adam Malley and in business since 2010. Basement work includes recreation rooms with built in theatres and wet bars, plus legal basement apartments. The owners have also done kitchens and washrooms over the years. Clients get 3D concept drawings to picture the finished project, and the company assists with designs, quoting and obtaining building permits on their behalf. Estimates come at no charge. Reviewers mention deck construction, site cleanup and timeliness. 20 Google reviewers give it an average of 4.6 out of 5, with 18 at the top mark.
