Ikon Homes

Ikon Homes designs and builds new residences, including detached, semi-detached and luxury homes, with a portfolio of completed and upcoming Ontario projects. It also offers renovation services. The seven-step process runs from a first meeting and planning through a proposal, an agreement, construction and finishing, and it handles permit applications and can help clients work with an architect. Homes are enrolled in the Tarion Warranty Corporation's program, and buyers get a customer care coordinator and a virtual design studio. 6 Google reviewers give it an average of 5.0 out of 5, all of them at the top mark.
