My Home Builders

My Home Builders is a boutique construction management practice building custom waterfront and estate homes in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario. It works on an open-book model where the client holds every trade contract in their own name with nothing marked up, and takes on no more than two new homes a year. It guides each project from feasibility and design coordination through permitting, budgeting and completion, and also manages energy-efficient rental builds, including homes with legal basement suites, with financing and tax incentives assembled for the owner. 8 Google reviewers give it an average of 4.5 out of 5, with 7 at the top mark, and 1 at one star.
