BCR DESIGN BUILD | Basement Renovation Experts

BCR Design Build works from Port Perry across Durham Region and Toronto, with basement renovation as its main business: legal basement apartments, in-law and multi-generational suites, home theatres, wet bars, home offices and gyms. It also builds accessible bathrooms. Work starts with a paid feasibility assessment rather than a free estimate, and the quote is then fixed. Its BCR Promise combines a fixed-price guarantee, an on-time guarantee and a defect-free guarantee, with a 7-year warranty. It states that it is WSIB insured and offers financing options. It reports more than 700 basements in 20 years. 35 Google reviewers give it an average of 4.8 out of 5, with 32 at the top mark.
