Altevita Design Build | Renovation & Custom Home Build

Architect-led design and build is the core of Altevita, a Richmond Hill firm with 28 years of architectural and construction experience. It builds custom homes, adds onto existing houses and carries out whole-home renovations across Toronto and the GTA, including kitchens, basements and primary suite and ensuite work. One team handles the design, the permits and the construction, and the client gets a fixed price before work begins. The process runs from an initial estimate and on-site consultation through design concepts, detailed planning, the build and a final walkthrough. Luxury cottage builds and garden and laneway suites are also on offer, and consultations are free. 19 Google reviewers give it an average of 4.8 out of 5, with 18 at the top mark.
