Habitual Homes

Habitual Homes is a Toronto design-build renovation studio run by architecturally trained designers who also build what they draw. Services include full gut and whole-home renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, basement renovations, custom built-ins and cabinetry, additions and extensions, garden suites and laneway houses, and custom home building. The team produces permit-ready drawings, coordinates the City of Toronto permit requirements and works only with licensed trades. It is licensed and fully insured, takes residential work only and does not take commercial projects. A free 15 minute consultation call is offered. 23 Google reviewers give it an average of 4.8 out of 5, with 22 at the top mark.
