Novacon Custom Home Builders & Additions

Novacon Construction has run design-build projects in Toronto and the GTA since 2004, from a base in Scarborough. It builds custom homes, home additions including second storeys, large-scale renovations, ADUs, laneway homes and garden suites, and it offers commercial contracting. Planning comes first, with feasibility studies, architectural drawings, engineering, permit submissions and construction management under one team. Basement lowering and underpinning are part of its renovation work, and larger kitchens and primary suites are built into additions. It is licensed with HCRA, a Tarion-registered builder, and licensed, bonded and insured with WSIB coverage. Consultations are free. Reviewers mention the designer and permit handling. 38 Google reviewers give it an average of 4.8 out of 5, with 36 at the top mark.
