Lakeland Contracting

Established in 1975, Lakeland Contracting is a family owned and operated residential construction company serving Parry Sound and surrounding areas. It does turn key custom building of homes and cottages, bunkies, garages, additions and renovations, plus decks, screened porches, roofing, siding, eavestrough, and window and door installation and sales. A design partner handles its design-build projects, and the team can take a project from design through permitting to completion. It cites liability coverage, full WSIB coverage and a warranty on workmanship, and consultations are free. 8 Google reviewers give it an average of 4.9 out of 5, with 7 at the top mark.
