Amsted Design-Build

With more than 35 years behind it, Amsted Design-Build builds custom homes, renovations and additions in Ottawa, Brockville and the communities between. In-house designers and builders plan kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions and whole-home renovations under one roof, and the team also takes care of city permits and trade coordination. Every project carries a lifetime limited warranty. Amsted has been named Ontario Renovator of the Year six times and Ottawa Renovator of the Year eleven times, and has received Builder of the Year from the Ontario Home Builders' Association. Reviewers mention project management, work kept on budget and clean job sites. 72 Google reviewers give it an average of 4.3 out of 5, with 56 at the top mark, and 7 at one star.
