Property Worx

Property Worx started in emergency restoration and grew into a full service general contractor serving Toronto, Burlington and the wider GTA. It responds around the clock to water, fire, storm and mould damage, works directly with insurers on claims, and then rebuilds the property itself. The same team takes on kitchen and bathroom renovations, additions, custom homes and new home builds, for homeowners and commercial clients alike, and it offers design build flexibility so a repair can double as an upgrade. It handles permits and approvals with adjusters, engineers and city inspectors. It is an HCRA licensed builder with Tarion warranty coverage on new home work, and its demolition and reconstruction projects come with one project manager and one warranty. 10 Google reviewers give it an average of 5 out of 5, all of them at the top mark.
