Cedar Row

Cedar Row is a residential builder and project manager that started in 2021 on more than 20 years of hands-on experience, serving the Waterdown area. It builds custom homes and handles full home and structural renovations, load-bearing wall removals, additions, and residential and commercial projects of any size. Its design-build process starts with a no-cost assessment that produces a feasibility brief, a budget range and a permitting checklist, then moves from concept to permit. It manages Tarion and HCRA compliance, hands over projects with a warranty package, and discusses financing options during planning. 10 Google reviewers give it an average of 5 out of 5, all at the top mark.
