O'Malley Homes | Custom Homes | Renovations | Additions | Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Listowel and surrounding area

O'Malley Homes is a family-run builder established in 1988 that has built custom homes across Southwestern Ontario for more than 30 years, with communities in Listowel and homes in Waterloo Region. It also takes on home renovations and additions, and one homeowner describes a full top-to-bottom house renovation and a new kitchen. Each custom build starts with plans submitted to the municipal building permit office, then a design selections session with the in-house designer covering everything from brick to cabinets to lighting. It cites 253 homes built in the past ten years with a perfect client satisfaction rating under Tarion Warranty and the Home Construction Regulatory Authority, and a homeowner portal carries the warranty details and progress photos. 20 Google reviewers give it an average of 4.8 out of 5, with 18 at the top mark.
