M-Squared Contracting Inc

M-Squared Contracting is a full service Toronto general contractor specializing in major residential renovations, custom home building and design-build. Mike Lawrance founded it in 2009, and he has appeared on Cityline and Property Brothers. Kitchens are the room it is asked to renovate most, from layout and custom cabinetry to finishes and lighting. It renovates century homes in Toronto neighbourhoods, builds second and third storey additions, rear extensions and laneway builds, and works with the client's architect while handling the permit process. Project managers and master tradespeople make up the team. Seven Google reviewers give it an average of 5.0 out of 5, all at the top mark.
